After reading Chrissy's post yesterday I felt the need to explain something...

So, around 9:30 last night I get an email, and a chat asking if I could crop some pictures, which to me was completely a surprise because Chrissy never mentioned it. So I was like "sure, why not? It won't take me that long to crop a picture or two..." Although, I wondered what pictures she would send, and what she would write about. While waiting for her to send me the email, the topic of the post ran through my mind several times.... Then, half an hour later, I get an email. Its not one of those short sweet emails with only one or two urls about something we did together or where we went, no.... I get an email with a solid 9 links to different websites with cake recipes, cake pictures, cake fan clubs (they actually vote on cakes, like cake politics), just a complete cake galore! And these aren't the generic "page one on Google links", these are links that take time and effort to find...

I mean I would have been happy with just a little ice cream on a Tuesday night, but 9 pictures of cake in all shapes, sizes and colors.. and detailed and informed websites dedicated to the art of cake. It was one of the most randomly funny moments in while, considering its one of those unusual things that Chrissy does in her free time... Look up cakes.
