My family and I managed to get back in one piece after an almost twelve hours of waiting at KL.. Our flight was moved back five hours, and then we finally got on the airplane we had to move to another plane which cost another two to three hours of waiting because of the fact that the cargo door couldn't be shut.. I thought that was bad.. but someone had it much worse..

Chrissy was meant to be back midday on Tuesday but due to the unfortunate situation in Beijing, with flight cancellations a few days before, she ended missing school today.  The 3 AM flight to Beijing from New Delhi was canceled from the storms, so she had to spend an overnight in New Delhi, in a hotel two hours away from the airport.  Then the Beijing flight to Shanghai was likewise canceled, so she had to spend another night away in -20* weather!

But afterschool, I went to go see her! And it was so nice, even if we talked about school! And exams and homework! BUT! We also planned our Friday and Saturday! She even got me a present from India, a highly detailed, and meticulously painted image of a soldier and a really cool silk hand painted card! So lovely. (images will come later)
